Maize or millet flour does not stick when kneaded like wheat flour. As if they break when touched. In such a situation, even while rolling the rotis, they do not become round and break. In such a situation, whenever you make corn roti, while kneading the dough, mix half a cup of wheat flour in it.

– If you take two cups of maize flour then add half a cup of wheat flour in it. If you add more than this then the corn flour will not taste good. You add a little turmeric to it, so that the color of the roti changes. Do not use cold water to knead the dough. Knead it with hot water. Let it rest for a while. Now make a ball and roll it. If you apply a little wheat flour and roll it, it will not break.

If you want, add 1 tablespoon oil or ghee while kneading the dough. This will also make the dough soft and easier to roll. This roti will not stick to the wheel and break while rolling.

-Now place the pan on the gas and heat it well. Place the rolled corn bread on the pan. You should not roll the roti too thin or too thick. Roll out medium sized rotis. When the roti is cooked on one side, turn it. If you want to eat corn bread after frying it in oil, then apply oil or ghee on both the sides and fry it by turning it repeatedly. If you want to eat roti without oil, then roast it on gas. Even by baking on gas, your corn roti will become puffy and soft easily.
